Trojans..?

I've just downloaded the full client (and then the lite to see if the .exe was also infected there) and both time, my antivirus has flagged the .exe as containing trojans. :/ I can run the patcher just fine but because of the infected .exe's, I'm unable to actually start the game. (My anti-virus automatically disables then removes them.) .. Um, help?
